I bought these letters to put my sons last name and number on a baseball jersey. It is a Nike dri-fit shirt that is 100% polyester. I followed the directions that another reviewer left and put a piece of parchment paper between both layers of the shirt before I ironed the numbers and letters on. The big numbers stuck to the shirt the first time I ironed them. The smaller letters took awhile longer, about four times over them with the iron, cooling in between each time. After that, I put a piece of parchment over the letters and went over them with the iron again. That seemed to do the trick and the shirt looked great. He wore it for one game with no problem. I washed the shirt in cold water, inside out on the gentle cycle and a small corner of the letter z did start to peel off, however I went over it with the iron and it seems to be fine. The letters and numbers did also seem to get a little wrinkled after washing. You can see creases in the second picture. Overall a good product. Not sure how long they will last, but I may try hand washing for future washes.

Great product. Looks very nice and high quality after application. Only thing missing were instructions. I used instructions from another review to apply. Pretty simple, though. Luckily I had parchment paper on hand. ;) Other than that, I will be ordering more for other projects in the future.

I wasn't aware some were backwards. Not sure it is even supposed to be that way. I domt recall reading that. After applying and wearing the jersey once the edges on some are already peeling.

Works great on 100% cotton shirts! Had to iron it a lot tho. Wanted to make sure the letters wouldn’t come off. Definitely recommend putting cardboard or something in between and using parchment paper when ironing
