Suddenly my dog stopped eating, and days after we realized he wanted his food elevated, but not his water. We saw this and thought it would be perfect.There are 2 things wrong with this. 1. It looked simple to assemble but 2 of the screws would only go so far in. We ended up having to drill the holes deeper to get the screws all the way in. 2. Its not level so the dishes slant backwards and his automatic water bowl always looks empty so my dog cries and won't go near it. For now I have put something under the back of the legs to prop it up and now he will drink water. However, we need to find something more permanent to fix this so its turning out to be more work than it should be. Overall its nice, but I would be returning it if we could find something similar, but this is the only one I've seen that has the two different levels. My dog seems to like it so it is worth the extra work because if he's happy, I'm happy.

I ordered this feeding stand for my growing Rotti pup when he was 7 months old because I didn’t like how far down he had to reach to eat out of his bowl on the ground. I wanted an adjustable stand that would allow for various bowl sizes. This stand was easy to put together, relatively easy to clean and comes with 2 silicone mats to hold the bowls in place. It’s also sturdy and doesn’t move when confronted by an apparently starving 80+ lbs dog!The only issue I have is when you put the trays into the upright slots, they are secured in place by pegs you insert into the back of the tray. The pegs are so tight fitting that they cause the trays to tip towards the rear of the unit. Fortunately it actually helps keep the bowls from moving forward, though there are slim bars around the edges to prevent bowls from being knocked off. And it would be problematic if I filled the water bowl too full but my dog doesn’t drink much so its 1/2 full at most. And it’s likely a one off as no one else mentioned it.Overall, a decent product, make sure you follow the order to tighten the screws otherwise you’ll be redoing it and I think you’ll like this feed stand.

The parcel took 10 days from US to Australia.You will need some time to build the set (10 min) and then it’s just brilliant!The quality is great, looks good and highly recommend this product.No regrets!

Been using it for 3 months now. Easy to install and i feel goodbthat I can adjust the height to match my growing puppy. I usually just wipe it to clean. Have had no issues so far.

It's well built and raises any bowl you currently have (or want to buy) rather than being stuck with the bowls that come with the raised stand. My only minor issue is the small metal rails are loose and not tight fitting, but they don't move too much - our dog doesn't bother with them but if your dog likes shiny pieces of metal, maybe want to glue them in so they don't move.
