After receiving mine I immediately charged it up for the first time. From there it went into a closet for storage until yesterday. I pulled it out, charged it again, and took it to the track to use on my car. The unit did not turn on, no lights, no DC, no blue tooth, no phone charging, nothing.-------edit-------The company has reached, out and within a few days a new unit showed up. I can say they have great support and definitely took care of the issue. The new one arrived in perfect working condition. I can't wait to use it at the track.

Update: I put it away 100% charged and went to charge it at the 3 month mark as per AllPowers recommendation, but it was dead as a door nail. Still cannot use. If you only want it to work once, good news, that's all you're going to get out of it.Prior review:Now, it won't hold a charge and was a failure for the last two power outages. I will not be able to rely on this...Too bad, because it was a perfect aquarium backup power for the 1st time I used it. Ran both FX6 filters, the heater, and lights to keep my aquarium running perfectly when our power died both times in the first month of getting it.

Excellent portable power station. Light and powerful. Charge fast and perfect for carrying around the house if you don’t have a lot of electric outlets. I charge it using a 100 watts solar panel and the included cable to connect to the box. I had a problem with the Bluetooth connection. When I pressed the button the light indicating the Bluetooth was active, it was turning on only briefly and then off after a couple of seconds. I was in need of the feature because I had this power station on my greenhouse running a small exhaust fan and during the winter I am forced to go out in the cold to verify the battery load etc. The Bluetooth is also useful to check the station using the app instead of checking the display, which is very dim when you are in a sunny environment. I contacted through Amazon the vendor, who responded quickly requesting me a video to help with resolution. I sent ALLPOWERS support team the video, but apparently it was a electronic defect impossible to fix via rebooting or other means. They send me a whole new system to replace the defective one ( check the brown box in the back of the picture, that’s the new p.station in an unopened box) and told me that I could keep the old one or throw it away. No need for return. I consider this a excellent way to solve the customer issues. AAA+ support!!! Highly recommended vendor. Thanks to the team!

I purchased two of these. Three months later, one is working and the other one totally failed. Just dead, won't respond to charging or anything. The one that works is fantastic. Has a comfortable handle, a built in 12 plug outlet, and also charges up very quickly. My only complaint is that the 110v outlets are right on the front, so if you use a large plug it will cover the display a little or even the buttons. But that's a minor issue. However, going dead is a major issue.100% + 0% averages to 50%. So I'll give it a 50% overall.Update on Nov 23, 2024: The broken one is working again!! The non-working one was a total brick for a year and I almost threw it out, but glad I didn't. After a year, on a whim I plugged it in again, and it actually responded. It was at 0% and started charging very quickly, like it's supposed to do. I tested it, and it works.From reading about these batteries, I think one issue with cheaper powerstations is that if the cells get unbalanced, and some cells are charged while others are drained, then the unit will not respond. The solution in that case is to leave it alone long enough that all the cells are discharged. Then it's usable again. I have seen YouTube videos of people opening them up and balancing the cells directly, so that's an option too.

I bought this mid October/November and was very excited to see what it could do. We'd had a number of blackouts and this product had a lot of features that would have made those more livable.This charged quickly-the lights on front are super bright and helpful. I used this ONE TIME--and got the battery down to about 50%. I then left it plugged in to re-charge. The next time I went to use it--NOTHING! No lights. No signal registering the charge level. No power from the device.This was "delivered by Amazon" and the 30 days after purchasing had come and gone--so returning it wasn't an option. Looking closer-it seems that since this has a lithium battery-you couldn't return it under any circumstances.I can't return thru Amazon-or contact the seller directly. And email I have sent the manufacturer went unanswered.I will update this review if the seller, Amazon, or the manufacturer reach out to try to make this better.

The media could not be loaded. Just what I was looking for! I was in need of a portable battery that could recharge my USB flashlights, toothbrush, iPhones, iPads, MacBook, headphones/AirPods and whatever else I might come across while traveling. I was surprised with the quality. Seems well made and safe.I gave it a few quick tests after a full charge.I connected it up to a few extreme examples for its size. A box fan (3 hours on high), Portable Washing machine (32 minutes) which is enough to complete a cycle, and ran a bottle blender just fine.At 300W don't expect it to power your fridge or a lawnmower. You'll need the largest one they make for that.It came nicely packaged, the silicone grip under the handle is a nice touch, I haven't encountered much heat generated by this however, the built in cooling fan is near silent. The display is very crisp and bright. The built in LED lamps are good enough to sort out some wires in the dark.Overall I'm impressed and pleased with my purchase. I definitely recommend giving it a try over some of the others out there.
