Professional Disinfecting Mildew, Virus & Mold Killer - Cleans & Deodorizes, Lemon Scent (1 Gallon Super Concentrate)

The instructions are very easy to understand and easy to mix. The lemon scent is present but not overpowering and surprisingly clears up my sinuses. I paired this mix with a water damaged mattress (It was just surface damage and not deep soaked) but enough to leave stains on my bed so I loaded this mix into a steam cleaner after a very light scrub on the portions of the mattress. (Scrubbed the mattress with hot soap before using the solution, then scrubbed with the solution.) And the smell was gone. After which I performed a deep clean on the sides and bottom of the mattress with the solution in my steam cleaner. It should be noted that you should take extreme care when mixing any solution in a steam cleaner as it may be flammable therefore, it should also be noted to mix less chemical than water and to be more than careful and wear the appropriate mask for such a task so as not to inhale fumes from the steamer.Now, onto the rest. After deep cleaning using a more diluted version of the solution, the smell of mold and or mildew was completely eliminated, and I followed this treatment up with an hour of UV light on the bottom of the bed each day since having the product. Needless to say our bed was saved.

We had just bought a new house and were looking to tare down and refinish the basement. After tearing into it we discovered an extreme amount of mold through out the entire basement. My wife who is asthmatic and has bad allergies became very sick from this. I removed everything in down to the studs if they were good and used a traditional disinfectant cleaner to scrub down the mold and used a commercial HEPA air purifier to clean the basement. Unfortunately this did not work. I talked to the people who rented me the HEPA purifier and they told me that I need a solution that actually kills the mold and that regular household disinfectants and bleach will not work so I looked up stuff on amazon and found this product. I used it the day I got it and its been a little over a week now and no mold and my wife can now go down in the basement and breath. It has a very good long lasting fresh scent as well. This product worked very well and if needed this would be the product I would purchase again. I would highly recommend it.

This product works as designed. Educate yourself on the various products and how they work before purchasing. i chose this product since it was highly concentrated. i am currently remediating mold and this product will go a long way. i will use it in various areas, but my current intended purpose is to spray the dirt in my crawlspace before encapsulating. Lets get something clear first. There are products that kill mold and leave the body behind and this is absolutely fine. it all depends on the intended purpose. if you intended this product to kill mold and remove the body with absolutely no work on your part, then look elsewhere. Bleach will obviously make a noticeable difference vs this product because bleach "bleaches" and can dmg the surface you are working on. furthermore , bleach is not preferred because it stays on the surface of what you spray. if you intend to use bleach, then mix with dish liquid to help it soak into the surface. bleach is not approved for mold remediation but it does have uses so take the time to research what you really want and which products will give it to you. do you want to kill everything? do you want to kill it and remove it with no work? there are products many times more expensive , but this product is cost effective and worth it.

This is really great stuff! I live in a house with a very damp basement. I have spent tons upon tons of money along with a lot of hard work, energy and elbow grease working to keep up with the mold and mildew growth down there.. And I have never found a product that would deliver on its promises until now. This stuff does exactly what it says it will! I doubled what the measurment/ratio called for.. Sprayed it liberrally everywhere I have constantly battled the mold problems at... Walked away for a few hours and then came back to it and WOW is all I can say about Total Solutions performance. No scrubbing scouring or wiping down. Killed all of the persistent mold recurring mold growth and the smell, while a little strong, is so much better then walking into a damp mildewing smelling basement. I am so very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone out there that is exhausted and fed up with the problems that come buying a home in a marshy area. I don't know how long this product will keep the mold growth at bay but I do know this was much simpler to use then all of the other expensive products I have invested in over the years. Total Solutions has lived up to its promise and I plan on keeping this stuff on hand for easy quick treatments should the problem continue to come back. I hope Amazon never quits offering this..
