I liked that it has 2 dough scrapers for this price. I have experience using this style of bench scrapers and the hard steel ones and I love using them in baking etc because it makes clean up a breeze.

These are what I was looking for. Be aware, they are exactly the same item, just different color. If you bake, you need these! Came very very quickly from Vendor too.

They are not flexible. They do an ok job scraping the dough. If they were more flexible, they would be perfect.

A bit small for the purposes listed. Not worth the price.

These are good to clean kitchen tops with. I use it often to clean leftover dough after kneading pizza dough. One came with a pizza cooking stone I bought. Just had to buy more.

I had never had a tool like this until one came in a bread kit. How did I live without it? I bought this pack so I could toss in the dishwasher and still have ready to go. The two primary uses for me are for removing food from the cutting board (I used to use the flat part of the knife) and scraping the board and counter from residuals before wiping them down. The extra surface area works great. I've bought packs of these as gifts, as perhaps friends and family were equally unaware. If you use a cutting board, you should have these.

I have used them several times now and they work great. I have hand washed them so far. So I can notsay how they will do in the dishwasher. The edge was even strong enough to chop some Bell pepper.

I make bread several times a week and this is the perfect tool for scraping the dough from the bowl. It’s sturdy enough to get the stiff dough out, but flexible enough to conform to the curve of the bowl. The straight edge is great for dividing dough into portions. The size is perfect for my hands (average female).
