Hand Crafted Natural Large 9-Inch Crystal Himalayan Salt Lamp with Neem Wood Base, 6-Feet Cord, Dimmer Switch and Bulb

I bought 2 lamps. Received both lamps, well packaged, no damage to anything.1 star off for total height. In product description says assembled height is 10 inches.My 2 lamps in the wood base measured 8 inches for one lamp and 8.5 inches for the other lamp.There was a blue sticker on the plastic wrapping around the rock that said bulb was inside the stone. The dimmer switch on both worked well. There is a notch in the wood base for the cord to come through so both lamps sit steady on the table. This is an improvement if you read reviews from a few years ago.I have been using one in the living room for about a week and I have been sleeping much better. Typical for a woman in early 60s, I would be getting up every 2-3 hours throughout the night to urinate, I am now sleeping diring the night. Amazing!!! I was also hoping it will help with sinuses. Used to have 1-2 bad infections every year, have used 2 medicines daily last couple of years. Maybe over time, the lamps will help with this. They are very relaxing to look at them. The one lamp is all amber color. Second lamp is amber but one side is white/grey. I just turned the lamp so I only see amber. Would I buy these again, yes. I think these are very good quality and very pretty.

This was a good purchase. However, for the lamp to actually get even a little bit warm, a higher wattage light bulb (incandescent) is needed rather than what I got. I bought a 40 watt incandescent bulb, and that did the trick. It’s just too big (otherwise a good quality) to be warmed up by a 15-watt bulb.It seems to help with bad odors. I really don’t know about any of the other claims. But I think if nothing else, it’s a very beautiful lamp and also not your everyday, always seen item.Overall, definitely happy with the purchase. I have it in my bedroom and always have it in whenever I’m in there.

My salt lamp of ten years quit working, and I researched for weeks to find a comparable replacement. I learned of the difficulties with the electric cords of such lamps becoming fire hazards and created a list of criteria to find the lamp with the least risk of being a fire hazard. I learned of ELT and CE certifications of power cables and dimmer switches. Everything led me to this salt lamp, and it far exceeded my already high expectations. I never turn it off! The color of the lamp is simply gorgeous. Its soft amber glow is soothing. I can set the dimmer switch to barely on at night to act as the perfect nightlight, while it becomes a beacon of soft light when the dimmer is turned up for maximal lumens. Every variation in between is equally beautiful! Unlike many lamps I viewed online, at no light level does the lightbulb shine so brightly as to become a circle of white light. The light never stops shining through the salt rock. Regardless of light level, there is a beautiful glow. Even in the box, Windor Seasons packaged every piece with care, and the raw, unlit salt rock is a beautiful almost rose pink color. While I recognize every salt rock is uniquely I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salt rock, its wood base, and its electric components.

The media could not be loaded.  I am in love with this salt lamp. I considered a bunch and paid close attention to reviews. I have to say, this was better than expected. I love the weight of it so it remains steady and sturdy. It arrived well packaged and includes a light bulb. It also includes a dimmer, per the video. It’s a great addition to our home and captures the kind of boho vintage vibes we’re going for having recently moved. It’s been on for a couple hours and no signs of overheating. The lamp itself, as well as the dimmer, are still cool to the touch. Thanks for a great product; highly recommend!

I love my new salt lamp. It says it can be any hues amber. I so wanted pink though. But after researching this seemed the best company for authentic salt lamps. And with the best reviews. I received it today. Guess what? It's pink! Yay me! I'm so happy! I absolutely love it! It's a nice size. Beautiful & natural like I wanted. Love the dimmer. Easy to assemble. And was packaged very secure. Totally recommend this company!

I love this lamp! I have purchased several lamps (this is the first time I've bought a Windsor Seasons lamp) and they didn't hold a candle (pun intended) to this one. This lamp has a dimmer switch which is great as I love having it on while I sleep, but I don't want it too bright. During the day, I use the dimmer switch to make it brighter. It doesn't get as hot as other Himalayan salt lamps that I've owned.The lamp itself is beautiful. The salt is just gorgeous, and the base is solid wood. The seller is fantastic. He is a very diligent and kind person who followed up with me just to make sure everything was good with the lamp. Oh, I also wanted to mention that the lightbulb that goes inside the lamp is placed in a tiny box and tucked inside the lamp so it won't get damaged during shipping. The seller included a note to this effect so I knew where the bulb was!I would definitely buy from this seller again; in fact, I want more lamps for other rooms in our home!

I received a Windsor Seasons salt lamp as a gift and I loved it so much that I wanted another one for a different room in my house. When it arrived, the light did not work. I tried a different bulb but the dimmer switch wouldn't work. I was disappointed that I would have to go through the whole process of exchanging the lamp. But before I could even contact the company, they emailed me first - just to see how everything went. I wrote back on a Sunday morning and received a response within an hour! The company immediately mailed me a new power cord and some extra bulbs that were set to arrive on Thursday. I couldn't believe I received a response so quickly and was thrilled that I wouldn't need to package up the whole lamp and mail it back. Even better - I received the replacement cord 2 days earlier than expected. The new cord works perfectly and I've used my lamp every day since. I was so impressed with the customer service - I would highly recommend buying from this company!!
