Just what I was looking for, a case with a detachable cover. The case is quality. Matches the color of my iPad perfectly. Also my pencil fits and charges without issue. The only down side is I can’t fold the cover to prop it up like if the cover were were truly connected. So if that is important to you look elsewhere.

This case was exactly what I had been looking for, and though it’s snug it fit my Apple Pencil with the silicone case on it.

I was looking for something like this because I don't want to carry the cover while I'm holding it in my hands, so far it seems good quality and it achieves the purpose, sometimes depending on the force applied on top the magnetic hold releases but with normal use it shouldn't be a problem.

do not buy this case. i had it for two days for my ipad air and it looked like it had burn marks on the inner lining of the case when i opened it. it had never been around anything or left anywhere that would make it look like that. i returned it

I needed a case with a detachable cover to use with a clamp/desk mount for my tablet. This was the only one I could find with a slim profile, wraps around the entire device AND allowed for storage/protection of the Pencil. There’s even that little “port”/holder for the stylus - looks like a little hole- that allows the Pencil to “stand”. My other case has some gaps RIGHT where the clamp holds the tablet; this case does the trick in keeping stuff from getting scratched that way.It’s so light, I do wonder about the overall sturdiness over time. However because I switch between cases regularly (several times a day at times), I like that this has a secure grip that I can switch with ease. Great get, especially for the price. Would buy again in other colors too

This is my every day work case and travel case. So far it’s held up to daily use and it really is great. I do recommend as a daily IPAD cover. I love that you can pull the flap off when you need helps it fit better in my tabled stand even with the case still on.I don’t really like the removable camera piece but i’lol live.

This is the best case. When I found this case, l returned the one I originally bought. I love the detachable feature. I bought the green one and it matches the green iPad. This is the only one on Amazon so far that has the detachable feature.
