I love this eyeliner! Whenever I want to add a little flare to my make up look this electric blue is where it's at! I get a lot of compliments on my eyes when I wear it. Very surprised by how well it stays too. Highly recommend for a fun look change!

It's very visibly blue and easy to apply. I will say, it hardens and "flakes" rather than smudges. I do think this is better, as you will not have smeared makeup, but sometimes it will feel uncomfortable if it is near a crease or wrinkle on the eyelid.

The eyeliner GOES ON SMOOTHLY and IT GLIDES EASILY to apply.Once it dries, and it dries quickly, it’s SMUDGE RESISTANT . IT IS NOT THICK OR STICKY.I thought the product should contain more eyeliner, and when you look closer, it’s not a large receptacle. It’s worth the money because OF THE EASE OF THE WHOLE PROCESS! I’d recommend highly!

his wet n wild Voltage Blue eye liner was a great value. I was looking for a blue eye liner because I love how the color looks on my skin. When I got these eyeliners the color of them was definitely Voltage Blue lol. It was so bright, and Vibrant I couldn't use it. It was just way too bright. Maybe it's my skin tone because I have a sun kissed tone. I kept them because I figured that I can maybe blend it with a darker blue,

Smooth color, even application, and no smudging when rubbed. I love the electric blue color, and can’t wait to see how it reacts with the green/blue/hazel tones of my eyes with it on.It comes off easily, with soap and water. It doesn’t crack or peel with friction, but it is definitely not water proof. Still like it tho. And will get other colors in the same formula.

I did't know that this item was going to really be that bright and vibrant. It is easy to use, I didn't have any problems from the first stroke. It doesn't crack or run. I found the tip to be just the right size. I can't find anything negative to say about this product. Buy it and see for yourself; you won't be disappointed.
