I found these necklaces to be easy to fill. Bought two as I shared the ashes with the previous owner I adopted my Gunner from. Slightly smaller then I expected, but still precious. Recommend as the instructions say to put small amount of glue on screw threads to prevent opening-use tweezers to hold the screw and work over a protected area in case you fumble the screw. Have read others who dropped and lost it. Of course you want to use the very refined ashes as the funnel easily gets plugged. The seller does check back with you to fix any issues which may pop up which is really nice!!

I kind of wish it held a little more than a tiny pinch of ashes, but it’s not a huge deal. It seems sturdy. The only major complaint is it snags on my hair so I get tangles and hair breaks around the nape of my neck. I love having my precious, late Miss Ellie with me wherever I go.

The pendant itself is well made, sturdy and very pretty. My only complaint is that you can barely get any ashes in it. It unscrews in the back, and that is where you fill it, unless I am doing this incorrectly. I couldn't find where else to fill. You can put just a few ashes in so the screw can fit back in.

I bought this after I had my 10 year old Boxer put down. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I had him cremated and put some of the ashes in this heart and it gives me comfort having him close. The chain is very nice with a heavy duty clasp. The heart is heavier than I expected, but I like to know it is there and also have thought about having his name engraved on the back. I have worn it 24/7 for over a month and once forgot to take off in the shower and the color has not changed and it is water proof. Very happy with is purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
