Wonderful Guide!
I'm only through a couple of chapters of this guide, but I already love it. The author does a great job of cutting through the fluff to provide a great piece of reference material here. If you are deploying UCCX in your environment for the first time: this book needs to be on your desk.

Great attempt, but the material is outdated. It's based on UCCX 9 or 10, while the current version is 12

Basic Foundation to get you going
I like the book so far, but I was kind of hoping to have the book get a little deeper into Finesse as well as CAD, and I think some areas are a little glossy. Overall, though, it will get a novice up and running with a basic system.

The only thing second edition about this book is the cover. The content inside the book is the first edition.

Love this book, kudos to the author
My workplace purchased this book for me. It is my UCCX bible. The only thing it is lacking is coverage of the topic of Finesse, but everything in this book cuts straight to the meat of UCCX and allows you to quickly build custom CSQs and deploy this product to your call center team.

Great Book for all new learners as it has been written in very straight forward way with no extra overwhelming stuff.

Same as the First Edition
Second edition? Really? I have the first edition and bought this for more on Finesse but absolutely nothing of use on Finesse in this edition. This is actually the first edition in its entirety - every word, comma and full stop. Do not buy this if you already have the first edition. I was hoping for something more up-to-date; CAD is obsolescent and nothing of any real use about Finesse available anywhere so this was a big disappointment.
