Heavy Duty Foam to Safely Ship Crystal Geodes
This product is thick enough to wrap heavy crystal geodes and protect them during shipping transit. The foam is not weak nor tears while wrapping items. I would consider this heavy duty. It's exactly what I hoped for.I'm a returning customer. If you plan to keep buying this, check who you are buying from. The most recent purchase came from BARVA and they sent the correct product. JNN Deals however shipped the wrong thickness (1/16 thick). I contacted JNN Deals and they happily refunded the product but I asked if I could get the correct one. They didn't offer to ship the right product just refund and keep or throw away the item received. I don't see JNN Deals at the moment as a seller so if anything, avoid them if you don't want to hassle with trying to get the correct product purchased. Buy from BARVA and you'll get the product you pay for.To the seller: I would like to see 18 inch 1/8 thick as an option to purchase in the future as my crystal geodes can be over 12 inches long making it tough to wrap the way I want. Great for packing breakable.
It is a little thicker than I imagined. This was the first time I have purchased this type of product.

Cut to the chase
Good quality foam and very thick. You need to have some room to store it, its about 2x2 ft. when new. I did struggle a bit to find the perforations for tearing, but I think that speaks for the thickness. This was my third roll and I will buy again.

Quality inconsistent
Ordered once before and liked it. The second time the thickness is wrong - more like 1/16" than 1/8".

Thicker than other brands
I tried this after the previous foam I used dropped in quality and was very thin. I use this to wrap tiles that I take to markets and fairs and when people purchase them to take home. It is important to me to have a good thickness to maximize protection. This is what I was looking for.

It's obnoxious when a seller can't get basic descriptions correct. THIS IS NOT 1/8 THICK!
