I will use a list of Pros and Cons for your review.Pros-The pills have no after taste and are easy to swallow.-It actually does what it says. I personally take the capsule about an hour after I take my protein powder after my weight training.-I bought this product because I wanted something to help increase muscle mass while giving me something a little extra to help me lift. I have noticed that this product has increased overall mass.-There is no need to worry about the product. It is guaranteed. If for some reason they don't work or you are not happy, your money will be refunded. You will be pleased with this product!Cons-I really don't see any cons with the product. I did notice it took a little over 24 hrs before I felt the effects but that is expected.-Be sure to take care with the pill as you take it. The casing can "pop" and spill if your not too careful.Take the pills 1-3 times daily with meals. I take it with my mid-morning snack.I did receive this product at a discount to help evaluate the effectiveness.I guarantee you will love this product. I ordered this product because I ran out of BCAA ...
I ordered this product because I ran out of BCAA supplements in powder form. I thought I'd give these pills a try to cut out the measuring and mixing. I got the package the other day and the container doesn't have any labels or info except for a generic white label that states the name of the product. This seems somewhat shady and doesn't seem legit.
