Good Back-up
Liked this product. Previously I used Exide and Luminous Battery. This product is similar to those with less price. Around 3000/- you can save by not purchased the above mentioned brands. Batteries serve 4-5 year in avarage. Let's see how much time it serves. Only worried about the service, hope that will not required for its lasting time. I can say you can go with it if you are a smart buyer and want to save in everything.

After 32 battery suddenly dead hogya 2 baar charge me vi diya but kahi se kuch nhi hua atleast 48 months tak ka warenty rehna chaiye ispe but 1may2022 ko jab maine liya to 24 month ka hi warenty mila aur na hi iske sath koi E.W plan atta hai ...

Good battery back up
I am very happy with the performance of Genus battery . Its been a month battery is working absolutely fine without any hassle. Good battery backup of 7 to 8 hours.

Not what they say?
Battery is not of good wuality snd functioning as described. Warranty servicd is very poor snd they not even understsndd dhat warranty specifies. As 24P24 montbs warranth says, the meaning of 24months full warranty and 24months partisl warranty did not meet once they argue warranth expires in 36 months when I claim for patgisl warranty in 36months.
