Beautiful and functional ceiling fixture
We purchased this fixture aver 2 and a half years ago and overall have been very pleased with the light. It did take two of us quite a few hours to install it but we have 11ft ceilings so it was a bit cumbersome. The light has been spectacular in our dining area particularly since our ceiling outlet is not in a centered location. The asymmetrical design was perfect for us! Over the years we have thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and functionality of the fixture and every single person that comes in our house has positive comments about it!

Typical overseas quality - lasted not even a day!
I was SO excited to get this light! The pictures looked amazing and the space I wanted it for needed something that was long with the electrical box on an end and this seemed perfect, so I spent more than I really wanted to on it. When it arrived, I hired an actual licensed electrician (which is not inexpensive) so that it would be mounted and installed correctly. It took him almost an hour just to piece it together with very unhelpful instructions (pics with zero text descriptions). He installed the ceiling parts and got it set up to wire then needed someone to hold the fixture while he wired it which was extremely awkward as it was heavy. When he was done, it looked beautiful and worked perfectly (the dimming and light temperature/color controls are just amazing). I paid him (almost crying, that cost almost half of what the light did but I wanted it done right) and cleaned up the area and finished my evening. Just before I went to bed I wanted to see if the dimmed warm temperature setting would look good as a night effect and turned it on - 5 of the 10 arms would not come on. I tried everything: all settings on the remote, resetting the breakers even - nothing. I went to bed angry and more than that heartbroken because I knew I was going to have to return it. I woke and tried again - same thing this morning so I initiated a return. I will spend some time today carefully taking it down and getting it ready to return. I asked for a replacement because I REALLY WANT THIS LIGHT but now its going to be a VERY expensive light with twice the install cost. I am going to see if Amazon will get the seller to reimburse some of the installation costs or something (I have receipts) but lesson learned: WHEN YOU BUY FROM OVERSEAS, EXPECT ISSUES.

Chandelier is a show stopper
This chandelier is a show stopper. Once on the ceiling it is plenty bright for my 15' x 15' dining room; the light is diffuse, spread out, and doesn't glare into your eyes. The radio frequency (RF) controller allows you to cycle the lighting from cool white to warm yellowish to in between; it also has a dimmer. I attach the controller with Velcro next to the wall switch so that it doesn't wander away.A few installation and construction notes:1) If you're a moderately proficient DIYer (Do-It-Yourself) installation is straightforward - you don't even need to consult the one page pictorial instruction sheet. If you're a novice, hire an electrician. He/she will spend more time unwrapping the shrink wrap from each of the arms than on the actual assembly and installation.2) You will need a 14 mm socket wrench to really tighten the nuts holding the arms to the housing. Attach the grounding strap to one of the arms during assembly.3) The wiring connector uses flimsy tension-insert clamps (rather than screws) to join the fixture wires to your junction box wires. If you go with that connector, you will need to add stranded wire extension to the stiff solid copper house wiring. Best would be to simply ditch the connector and join the wires directly. Don't worry about which color wires join together -- since the chandelier is LED, just switch the wires if it doesn't turn on.4) The cross bar that screws onto the junction box and to which the chandelier housing is attached (with 4 screws) is flimsy. The weight of the fixture bends the arms slightly so that if you arrange the various arms in a non-symmetric design the weightier side tilts down slightly so that the arms are not perfectly parallel to the ceiling. Shims will correct that but it would have been nice for the manufacturer to have used a beefier support.5) The unit is not so heavy that one person can't install it; however, a helper does make installation easier. All of the above tribulations are worth the trouble -- this chandelier looks fabulous.

Poor quality connection to base and instructions are hardly useful.
I like the unique look and ability to change from warm white to cool white.Installation was not easy as the threaded tube connecting the light bars to the base just pulls out. The base of the light bars has a threaded insert but because this is not complete, like a nut, the weight of the light bar streches the threaded inserts further apart and then the light bar hangs out of place. The only way to fix it is to take the whole thing down but after several attempts it was obvious they will not stay. The box includes a single sided sheet of paper with pictures of the Installation steps but many are not clear and you just have to go with it. Also mine only included 2 mounting brackets but the instructions show a third as well as white gloves but none of this came with ours. I ended up putting screws in the ceiling and not just the electrical base. Also it comes with a very short set of wires to main electrical and the connector was too small for the wire guage so I removed it and used wire nuts and made a pigtail to extend enough that I could wire things without being 4 inches from the ceiling.Nice idea and with better engineering it could be a great light but this is just poorly designed.
