Very thick, didn't expect that, it tastes wonderful though, really nutty and smooth. Had mine on top of Crumpets. Don't have to be for puddings and ice cream. Good value for money, It is watery if you don't shake it, but once its shook very well its very creamy and smooth.

Ive tried a few and this is the best one! If you pour over ice it goes hard!

Love love love! Perfect for making Dubai chocolate. Has the perfect consistency that allows the mix to settle without becoming stiff. And tastes absolutely delicious. I continue to get requests from family and friends

I’ve not tried this Pistachio flavour topping before, but it does have a gorgeous flavour. I expected it to be a runny, so I could drizzle it over ice cream, but it is a thick, paste-like consistency, and it can be difficult to get out of the tube. I did use it to sandwich some meringue kisses together, and it did a fabulous job of that. I’d certainly buy it again.

The item was rock hard, not a liquid at all. Even tried scraping some out of the bottle with a knife, to gently warm in the microwave - didn't work, the product remained hard & crumbly

Bought this primarily to make iced lattes and did expect some separation as it's a cream and not a syrup, but really it didn't mix at all and was like a sludge on the bottom of my cup, that was after mixing it with the hot espresso first. I also tried making cold foam with the pistachio cream, epic fail, it never thickened. But that's not really a problem with the sauce itself, the main reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it has a rather off taste. More like dark roasted peanuts than pistachios despite having 22% pistachio. Tastes a bit like chemicals by itself, not sure I would want to put this on ice cream. Disappointed, may have to stick to pistachio flavored syrups.

I know this is absolutely horrific for my health, but it really does taste so good!! I would put this on warm croissants, ice cream, fruit, or just a spoon! This is identical the topping on the pistachio gelato in Italy. Is to die for! It’s a creamy sweet pistachio butter. It’s like the filling in Dubai chocolate bars. I am carnivore now and haven given this up. But if you eat sweets, I highly recommend this!!
