This is a permanent computer die-cut vinyl decal. The decal is made of high quality vinyl, with an outdoor average lifespan of 5-7 years+ and an unlimited indoor lifespan depending on the use. The boat registration numbers decals have no background. They are pre-spaced on one sheet per side and ready to apply.

Nice quality. While you receive a strip with your registration letters on it, they are each separate once applied to the boat.
