Wanted high quality ube powder (rather than the often questionably 'ube flavoured' liquid stuff) to make Filipino polboron and this sure did the trick. Great ube flavour, lovely colour, and since it was dry, it worked well in my existing polboron recipe. Will buy again.(In image, ube is second from the right, the others are chocolate crispy, passion fruit and macha)

Colour same as the photo. Seems good quality, not so colourful when used with dough.

This is great for creating pale or dark purple colours. But it needs to be dissolved as its a powder. I wanted to use it to make dark purple fondant icing for a cake. Unfortunately it didnt mix well with the fondant and was a disaster. Might be ok with butter icing though. Lovely colour and its much safer to use than the artificial purple food dye.

I used this to make Uber pancakes for pancake day and it was such a success. Vibrant and tastes lovely 😍 recommend fully!

I used too much initially.Using less was much more productive.

Lovely to add to your backing if you want something different and delicious. More like sweet potatoes but sweeter.
