Great yarn.
I made a baby blanket with one skein. The blanket came out very nice, very cuddly. I think it would be very warm. One skein made a 36 x 36 size blanket. It worked up quickly and easy with single and double crochet stitches. I have pastel blue and I think it’s mint green and the pale pink skeins. The colors are even throughout and so is the thickness of the yarn. No issues with knots or shedding. I will probably be buying more to make additional blankets since the one that I made got so many compliments and requests for others. The size was perfect for babies

Great yarn
This is my favorite kind of yarn. It's a whole pound, so if I make a single-color afghan I don't have to weave in so many ends. But it's also light and soft and easy to work with. Full disclosure, I recently got 4 skeins in a hunter green color and 2 of them were almost like thread, so different from the other two that I couldn't use them and ended up tossing all 4 skeins. But that was an anomaly because so far that's been the only problem I've had with this brand and I've bought a LOT of it (crocheting afghans: something to do over the long winter months).

Favorite yarn for blankets.
This is my absolute favorite yarn to use for blankets. Soft, easy to see stitches, easy to use and doesn't split. Plus, it's at a reasonable price.

Soft enough for baby
Love the color. Was soft enough to work up a couple of baby blankets. Came to snags and knots in the center of the skein but not as bad as the other Lion line.

There's very good and yet frustration
I absolutely love this yarn! I'm making a large baby blanket and it is soft and smooth. I would highly recommend this yarn! It's strong and durable. I haven't come across and flaws yet and I've gone through about 8 skeins making the blanket. The yarn weight is perfect for a baby blanket, which is why I chose this yarn. The color is spot on and there are a wide variety of colors! Other than the beginning, its fairy easy to use. What I don't care for: I don't care for trying to get to the beginning of the yarn to start out. I end up having a big yarn ball mess. I REALLY don't like paying $22 for one skein of yarn. I thought I was getting two. My bad for not reading the description better. Find a better way to wind up the yarn so that it's easier to find the starter. And $22 for one skein of yarn? Really??

Works well on a Sentro knitting machine.
Excellent yarn for use on a Sentro round knitting machine. I can get 5 hats (double thickness) out of one skein of Pound of Love. I donate them to the homeless.
