Bought for my friend who had excess tremor in hands. They are comfortable. A bit fiddly to put on if you have arthritis. Very good value for money. It is a adjustable fit. The weight is good enough to keep her hands a bit more steady.

Good quality product. My son is using them for his martial arts training. Very useful to have the thumb loops. Easy to put on and off and comfortable to wear.

The weights are comfortable to wear during exercise and don't slip, thanks to the thumb-hole shaping. The weight is ideal for light strength-training or to wear whilst walking. My only caveat is that they're a little tricky to put on without someone to hold one end steady wile the strap is threaded though the slot. The weight tends to drag the strap off your wrist while you're trying to thread it in, but this is a very small concern and the weights are very useful and good value.

The worst weights are similar to cheaper alternatives, with the addition of the thumb loop, which for me is too loose and unadjustable so remains unused

A great solution for building up weights on dumbbells. Gyms always have 12/14/16 etc but using these also gives you options of 13/15/17 etc.

Ich habe erst gezögert diese Gewichte zu bestellen, weil in einigen Rezessionen steht, dass sie zu groß für schmale Handgelenke sind. Ich habe gerade mal einen Umfang von 16 cm und kann sie gut befestigen. Die Schlaufen sind so gearbeitet, dass man sie untereinander schieben kann. Ich habe sie jetzt schon für einige Trainings (hauptsächlich Boxtraining) verwendet und sie bleiben an Ort und Stelle.Natürlich bewegen sich die Manschetten schon aufgrund des Gewichts (bei mir 1kg pro Seite) ein bisschen. Aber ich hatte zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, dass sie nicht halten würden oder dass sie wirklich verrutschen könnten.Das Material scheint zudem robust, gut verarbeitet und angenehm weich. Ich hatte schon mal Gewichtsmanschetten, die meine Haut durch Mikrobewegungen wund gescheuert haben. Das kann hier nicht passieren.
