Not Ground. Total Scam
Other people have expressed a similar problem in these reviews and I wish I'd have read them before ordering but this product isn't what it says at all. It's whole flax seeds with some ground mixed in. Don't know what sort of inept con they think they're pulling but avoid at all costs.
