I like simple, clean designs that function as expected. This thermal mug suits my needs and expectations. The item arrived in a torn and retaped paper mailer so I thought it was dead on arrival. But, the mug was so well packaged there wasn't a dent or scratch on it and that was impressive. Visually it made my old stainless steel mugs look plain and dismal. So this new mug is sexy and yet it really does keep my coffee warm where my old metal mugs cool down very quickly...I appreciated this immediately. Usually I preheat my old mug running hot tap water over it yet this mug stays warm without challenging the water heater all day long. I like its heft in my hand...it feels like a product made from good metal. So far I haven't used the plastic top but I'm sure the heat retention would set a record improvement by a factor of 10. I can actually concentrate on my work without the interruption of cold coffee...that's an improvement.

Works just as good, if not better than the current trendy brand. Keeps beverages hot for hours, will hold ice for almost 24 hours. Good quality without the over hyped price.

I bought 2 different Clemson colors and they work great for hot coffee. This is my second set because the first ones started to leak. I wish I could get replacement sealers when they wear out. Without the top, the cups do not insulate for as long.

The cup itself is great. Nice color, holds temperature well, the lid is tight. The only problem is that the moving piece that opens and closes the lid is loose and falls out. I use it at my desk only, but it is somewhat of an inconvenience that I have to hold the sliding piece while sipping tea.

It does its job, not spill, keep fluid warm or cold and no spills. In all these caped mugs, over long term the fitted cap seal may break done and need replacement.

It’s super easy to clean. You can pop the close cap part of the top and clean that. I left my ice coffee sitting all day and I came back to it with ice still there. This mug can keep liquid cold for a long time. Haven’t tried the heat yet but definitely worth it.

I bought this cup to take to work. It's sturdy, easy to hold and keeps drinks hot or cold.

You get exactly what you paid for. And what you paid for is a cut rate Yeti, and that's exactly what you get. I thought for sure Yeti was over-charging for their product, and that sooner or later some enterprising company would come along to under cut them. But no, not this one, anyway. The cup noticeably lighter than my 14 oz Yeti, with thinner sidewalls. This means less insulation to keep your drink hot or cold. Also, there is a scratch big enough to catch a fingernail located on the inner sidewall. Yeti would not have sold it like that. Aside from the scratch, though, the item seems mostly good enough. The lip of the cup has an almost sharp edge. The lid, while possibly able to keep your drink from splashing out or spilling entirely, is nowhere near leak proof, and has a fragile quality to it. None haptic pleasure of the Yeti lid, either. So there's your choice. Reasonable people could disagree about whether the extra dollars for the Yeti are worth it, but the can be no doubt that the Yeti is the premium product, better in every way. You can see and feel where those extra dollars are going, and it's not just in the name. But if you got kids what might lose theirs, give them this. It's fine, and should give years of service. Just not at that superlative level.

Mom loves it got it for her for Christmas but came after, took a month or so but after I got it mom loved it. The people were pretty nice as well got in touch with them because of shipping issues

The cups arrived ahead of the schedule delivery date. Quality of cups appears quite good and as advertised.
