Plantronics PLNC510 - Blackwire C510 Monaural Over-The-Head Corded Headset

I tried a lot of head set for team meating. This is the best one I found.

The earpiece part was very loose and moves as if it could fall out of place and there is obviously a short in the cord bc it sound would immediately go in and out while on a call. The earpiece is also peeling and a bit worn which I wouldn’t mind so much if the headset worked properly and was still firmly attached as it’s supposed to be.

I ordered this handset and received it in less than three days. The headset sound quality is very clear. And volume controls are easily adjustable. With the separate mute and volume controls on the headset. Since the headset only covers one ear - noise cancellation is not a feature. Comfort - the older model had an adjustable mic piece...this one is shorter, but can be adjusted. It works for me...so not a major issue.
