Here's hoping it protects my drawings
I was excited to receive my portfolio today. It was very well packed in a box with green pillows supporting it. I took it out, untied the three bows, and placed three drawings in it. I was very disappointed that when I removed the Daler Rowney Earthbound label, it took off the surface of the cover. I have had it for all of five minutes and it is already damaged.

Not acid-free!
A nice looking folio, which does the job it's intended for (i.e. keeping artworks on paper flat while in storage). However, it is NOT ACID FREE or ph balanced, so it can't be used for long-term storage. Moreover, it's terribly overpriced. Should be in the $18 range, since it's not acid-free. Would I buy it again? No, I'd keep looking.Update: Glad they lowered the price on this. It definitely was not worth the $27 I was charged.

My favorite art supply
I use these when I travel back and forth to clients homes and work. It's professional looking and keeps my artwork flat and safe.It's also handy as a support for an easel when drawing or painting on paper
