BEWARE! Horrible product and worse customer service!
I not only bought this camera, I was stupid enough to buy two other models from them over the last two years. Everything has broken multiple times... they are based in Texas so equipment has ship back to them, often at my own expense. They take forever to fix, then break again shortly after getting them back. Huge embarrassment when the cameras fail on a clients job. The last time I tried get my camera fixed, they wouldn't even call me back... Amanda, Nick Sr., and Nick Jr are always "out of the office" then fail to return calls. $10,000+ down the drain... too bad I don't have a camera that works long enough to find it!

Nice unit works well
We are using it to check culverts before we reline them. We ran it the full 150 ft and it gave us a very nice image of what was going on inside the pipe. We haven't used it inside sewer or water pipes yet. It seems pretty well built which it has to be to handle sewer lines.

Junk. Don’t buy
This is a pice of crap used like three times and water got out not camera head. Doesn’t work. Don’t wast money on this. Just buy a Ridgid
