AquaFlask Small Replacement Cap Insulated Water Bottle

UPDATE! Received an email from the manufacturer seeing how I like the product so I basically sent them this review. They apologized and asked if I would like a free replacement for my broken cap so obviously I took them up on their offer. I got the new cap in a day or two, great customer service! Glad to say I have dropped this one a couple of times off of the coffee table and it have not had the breakage problems I did on the other two. My suspicion is that it was dropped a couple of other times with out my knowledge by my 2 and 5 year old boys. Not to say it won't happen again, I would still suggest being careful with the cap. I still thing someone should manufacture some type of shock protector.DO NOT DROP YOUR BOTTLE OR THE CAP WILL BREAK! These are not rugged at all. I would have given it one star but I did work as well as the original Swell cap and fit.This is the second one I had to order and probably the last. The original I got with my Swell water bottle fell out of my back pack in Disney and took a pretty good fall on cement and broke, I love the water bottle so my mother in law bought this replacement cap. This one also broke when it took a minor fall from maybe the height of a coffee table and landed on the carpet on the cap and once again the inner cap plastic broke. So I reordered the cap and once again it fell this time from maybe the height of a chair and broke again.I will not be ordering a third since I do not find these caps able to with stand any sort of minor fall from any significant height. I decided to order the pop up top with the straw that is all plastic.I would suggest that they manufacture a cap with some type of shock protector or offer a cap you can put on your top that is a shock protector like a skin people have on cell phones.Either that or carry it around like a new born baby or an egg.It did work as well as the original keeping the contents cold. I could see if I dropped it getting out of the car unto the ground from 4 feet, but it did not withstand a 20 inch drop onto carpet. Maybe I just got two defective ones?

The cap is not the same as the original cap that comes with S'well 17 oz flasks, there is a black plastic band around the batoom edge and it takes more room inside so you can't fill with quite as much water. It is harder to twist closed. Yes, it functions ok, but is definitely different and not as good as original and I think the image provided is misleading. This is not a true part replacement.

There was enough imformation that I was confident enough to order a cap that fit. When I first ordered I wasn't completely sure, so when I lost a second cap I ordered two more this time.

Great replacement for my s'well bottle cap that recently broke. Slightly less sleek and feels a bit less durable, but it fits perfectly.

I put my swell bottle cap in dishwasher and it didn’t fit my bottle. Rather than buy a new one, I bought this replacement cap and it’s perfect! Product came quickly and good follow up by seller to make sure I received and was satisfied with product.

This is thinner than the original, but still managed to get the work done. I wound have kept it if the rubber ring was not missing.

Typed in replacement cap for S'well this cap came up and I hastily bought it and it didn't fit but the seller was very nice about the return

It’s advertised that it fits the swell bottles but it does not fit well at all. It’s a struggle to twist all the way on.. I should’ve just ordered and paid for shipping from the swell website.
