Good overall
Clear photographs on good (not super high-quality or low quality) cardstock. Basic quality. Warning, you have to assemble EVERYTHING in this kit: the banner, the streamers, and all 13 toppers in addition to the balloons ;) I’m surprised no reviewers mentioned this. Thankfully I opened it early to check on the graphics. I preassembled as much as possible during nap time today to reduce set-up time on the day of the party. Also, the kit arrived in a bubble mailer rather than a box. I’m lucky none of the paper was bent and the cupcake dowels weren’t completely broken. My little lady was happy with it, and enjoyed helping me assemble decorations for her party.

Worth it!
I really liked it was able to split this package up and use it for 3 separate gatherings over the vday weekend for l.o. 3rd party.Easy, sturdy, cute!Tons of balloons for continued life game of keepy uppy.

Great but balloons have chemical smell
Great party pack but the balloons smell like chemicals and were totally gross to blow up (we only blew up three).

Cute set
My 3yo wanted an Octonauts party and this definitely delivered! He loved the balloons, signs, and hanging decorations. I would probably have passed on the cake toppers in this set. You have to put them together yourself with sticks and glue dots. It was fine, but when we stacked them together for safe keeping, they of course stuck together a lot. Overall, super cute for the money.

Missing half the items
The package only came with the balloons, a thin piece of cardboard for a cake topper, and half a banner that just said “birthday”.It was missing the cupcake toppers and the streamers. By the time I opened it up and realized, it was too late to get backup for my son’s birthday.I don’t recommend this product.

Great! HOWEVER, we received two “R’s” instead of an “I” in “Birthday”
I ordered this a few weeks before my 3 yr olds party. My own fault for not taking it out and making sure it was correct. The day of her party, we started decorating and noticed it had two R’s instead of an “i” in “Birthday” We improvised and made our own “I” i wished i would’ve took a picture. It still came out great.
