Michael Phelps
C**R
It reads more like a lame essay by some kid doing a school project.
I just read this book, and it really doesn't go into any detail at all. There's hardly anything concerning Michael Phelps' personal life. No reference of Phelps' ADHD issues, relationships, and things like that. All it really just talks about is his Olympic performances, and how many medals he won during those events. I'm sorry, but if I were writing a biography for kids, I would put a little more detail about that subject's life. Any kid out there with even a slightest interest in Michael Phelps can read a lot more about him on a kid-friendly website (and there are thousands of them out there) then they would in this book. If anything, it reads more like a lame essay by some kid doing a school project. How insulting. I wouldn't give this book to anyone.
