Born and raised in Binghamton, NY, you can imagine my delight and surprise to see Lupo’s Spiedies featured in your book! Of course nothing compares to the sizzling (lamb) skewers straight off the charcoal grill, but I’m banking on this treat being doable, yummy, and an acceptable indoor substitute. Fun fact: As a child, the original Lupo’s market was just a few doors down from my grandmother’s house. It was a small little shop on the corner of Rogers Avenue and Watson Boulevard with a meat department like no other. Lupo’s Spiedie marinade has been a closely guarded secret for decades, but I happen to have it! I can’t wait to make your version and compare. Like all your other IP books, this looks like a winner.

I am a newbee with my Instant Pot so what I love most about these recipe books is the step by step instructions. Recipes for everyone.

I was disappointed to receive my cookbook after seeing the bent edges of the book.

Bought this book from a local bookstore a week ago. Recipes are well written and very easy to follow. Made the Asian Barbecue Beef Noodle Bowl - delicious! Haven’t finished reading the book yet but most of the recipes are on my ‘to do’ list.

I am an instant pot junkie. I love how easy it is to jump in to a new region of food I have an Asian cookbook an Indian cookbook a Thai cookbook a Hungarian cookbook and several American cookbooks, Many others and now this beautiful Bible. I got this book a few days ago and the recipes I made are the mashed potatoes I made the red lobster clam chowder and I made Pad Thai. Every single recipe is a nine out of 10 or a 10 out of 10. They are super easy to assemble they don’t use ridiculously innocuous ingredients just straightahead good excellent food. We pick a different recipe every night and we’re going to go through this entire book. I love it my husband loves it my daughter loves it. You will too.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter and so far she has loved every recipe she's tried. Pictures are great and recipes easy to follow.

Bruce and Mark have done it again but better more pictures of the finished meal, awesome meals watch them on you tube and follow with their cookbookthere books never disappoint
