Great low carb alternative to pasta with clean ingredients
I have always wanted to find a keto and low carb alternative to pasta that wasn’t made with a lot of ingredients. Most of the keto pastas out there contain icky ingredients. Once I saw this pasta made from lupin flour, I was excited to try. Made mac and cheese with this pasta- it tasted good! I prefer a firmer texture and this worked well. No keto pasta will taste exactly like fresh regular pasta, but this is a really great replacement! It is pricey but it’s likely due to the ingredients used so I understand why it would be! Would buy again

Unfortunately, 🤢
I had great hope, being on a low carb diet and missing mac and cheese. I cooked this, added lots of butter and cheese, some spice, and... 🤢🤢🤢It was really bad. I'm not a picky eater, but nope! Bad taste, bad texture, bad aftertaste.

Best keto pasta so far
I was worried because of some of the reviews but it was great. Does it have the exact texture of pasta? No but it’s the closest low carb substitute so far. Better than palmini, zoodles and miracle noodles by far. It was also very filling. A serving was 2/3 a cup and I made 1/2 cup and was totally full. I added a little bit of mozarella, ricotta and mozarella. I also added some salt because it is a little bland on its own. It kind of reminds me of the early gluten free pastas. A little chalky/grainy but over all a great substitute. I cooked it longer than it called for.

Macaroni and Cheese again
I'm on a keto diet and have really missed my macaroni and cheese, but with this protein pasta, now I can have macaroni and cheese again...Yea !! One word ~ cook it for 8 min. and not the longer suggested time. If you overcook it, the pasta becomes a different texture. For your elevation, the first time you cook it, I would taste-test it until it was like you wanted it. I left mine a little on the al dente side, then added the keto type cheese. It was soooo good, after 5 years of no macaroni and cheese !! Thank You, LuluPasta.

Doesn't taste nor cook like pasta
Because of surgery, when I eat I need to focus on getting enough protein and the last thing I eat in a meal are the heavy carbohydrates (if I have room to eat them at all which isn't usual). I'm always on the hunt for ways to bring protein into the meal and I bought these because I wanted to make something close to traditional (adult) Mac-n-Cheese.I bought them and, in retrospect, I paid far-far too much for them given the amount they provided -- that's solely my fault. But these do not taste anything like elbow macaroni -- the texture is all wrong, the flavor is worse. Their only redeeming quality is the amount of protein you get compared to most of the pasta alternatives on Amazon. There are certainly better values, flavors and textures (although, to be fair, almost none of them have an 'elbow' variety available). I am an experienced cook and I didn't expect them to be a perfect substitute and the dish I made, while edible, was more than a little disappointing.At this point, I can not recommend them on (at least) two counts: flavor and value -- neither is present and if you have functioning taste-buds, you very probably won't like what you get if you do buy them. I will most definitely not purchase them again.

Gummy, doughy, chewy pasta
I boiled this pasta for at least 25-30 minutes and it still came out as if it needed another 20 minutes. It doesn't have much of a taste which is good since you rely on your sauce and other ingredients to give the flavor to your dish. Its the texture is what makes this pasta unenjoyable. The elbows are thick and have a slight gritty, doughy bite to them. I don't see myself purchasing this low-carb pasta again. The other low-carb pasta company out there is still better than this one. The search continues for the best keto pasta unfortunately.

Delicious! Mac n cheese
Made Mac n cheese and it tastes just like Mac n cheese. I do like my Mac n cheese el dente so it works out. It is on the el dente side but come on, it doesn’t get better than this! Wish it was cheaper! Very expensive but Worth it to me for pasta cravings.

Tastes Horrible - Would not recommend.
I attempted to make a Mac & Cheese with this pasta and it was a waste of time and money in doing so. It may be good to some people, but for me personally, I'd rather eat real noodles than this. I ended up throwing it all in the trash and it tasted like eating bland candle wax to me. I love the idea of the protein but I'll stick to normal pasta for pasta dishes.
