If you are asking whether these peppers are really organic the answer is, YES! These peppers are fully NON-GMO and are grown ORGANICALLY without the use of chemicals or harmful pesticides. When I first set out to buy these, I had a few concerns about this companies "organic" claim since they do not use an Organic or a non-GMO seal. I emailed the owner directly through Amazon and I was surprisingly answered back within just a few hours. Amongst my other questions that the seller answered, I found out that this company is on record for taking the safe seed pledge and has promised to never use any GMO seeds. Within a week I received these in a large bubble wrap-lined envelope and upon opening the package I found these hot beauties in a HUGE (see picture included) vacuum sealed bag with a NON-GMO label right on the front. Excited to try them, I made a bottle of fresh chili oil right away, it turned out wonderfully.These peppers are crispy, are very fresh tasting, and have a hint of sweet especially after we have fried them up for one of our Asian meals. A great way to enjoy cayenne pepper without all of the additives in the powder that's sold at the store. I am especially sensitive to the anti-caking ingredients which is a source of irritation. Now I can pop some peppers into a mason jar with the blender blades attached, and have fresh cayenne pepper powder for my favorite dishes in a jiffy. Drop one or two into your fruit smoothie. You'd be amazed by the flavor that it adds to your favorite drink.

I made Asian sauce using this spice and was it uplifting. It will take me awhile to go through this bag as they give you lots.

better than I even anticipated

Received these recently and grounded up and used in a few dishes. They look and taste fresh, and provide plenty of heat to my dishes. Defiantly a good buy !

Can't really give a dried pepper a grade for freshness(?), but I can say they were clean, seemed properly dried, no waste or culls or odd inclusions in the bag, and the flavor is good. I got the 8 oz bag and will have enough to keep my friends and coworkers in ground cayenne for a year! Just the right heat to snap up pizza and pastsa.

Arrived FASTER than quoted. Great looking peppers neatly packaged. I was totally impressed. It will be my go to pepper source.

I usually don’t submit product reviews unless the item is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case it is horrible. There is virtually no taste and no heat. I have tried using the peppers several ways (ground for seasoning, reconstituted and in oil) but to no avail.
