The first one that I received would not stay on the arm. The phone holder worked but kept falling off the arm. I contacted the seller and they sent me another one. That stays on better. Just know that really the part that holds the phone is really kept on the arm with the weight of the phone. It does come off occasionally but now that I'm used to using it and have the second one it happens less. Otherwise I love this product. If they made it with a way to "lock" the phone holder piece onto the arm it would be even better. But I'm satisfied and the seller gets 5 stars for sending me out the second one.

I wish I could give this a higher review as when I first got it I really loved it but now it no longer opens as expected and seems to be slowly breaking when I close the arms on my phone. It has stayed on my windshield well and the adjustable arm is perfect for my windshield as it is an odd angle but I'm very disappointed that it's breaking already. I am unfortunately apparently out of the return/replacement window so I'm stuck with it.

Sucks save your money.

I love my arm car mount for my cell. This thing has saved me from the fumble in the car when using my gps. Now it is up in view instead of my lap!
