(Take it for granted--I know this isn't the prettiest picture you've ever seen.)The gray ball is about the size of a tennis or racquetball, the orange about the size of a ping pong ball. They are made of a very soft material, kind of like a gardener's kneeling mat, maybe softer, a bit denser. Surface has a slight texture which gives the balls a little grip for your skin so they don't go shooting across the room as you use them. They become slightly misshapen under pressure, but return to shape afterward.These are great for tender feet, but also great for any feet. They allow you to roll and squish your foot down onto them so you can get relief without excessive pain. They conform to the shape of your foot like no other product I've found.I'm so happy with these I've ordered a second set--I know I'll use them.

Very bad quality in contrast with the original melt method.there’s only two balls when you need six balls meaning three sets of two to do the job that I should’ve purchased the originalIt does not worth 50 cents!

to much cheap it's all scrap and cheap, i am ssodesapoint this is a huge mistake to bought these balls... there are in the garbage right noww :(
