Does what it says. Has been helpful for sleep and inflammation. More effective than the mats sold for twice the price in my experience. Perhaps the silver is more conductive.

Bought this to basically make a faraday cage for my Samsung Note 8. I used a sewing machine and made a pouch out of the fabric. I put my phone into the pouch when it was finished and it blocked the wifi and cell data. I didn't measure the exact signal strength but the phone would not ring when called. It went to voicemail. My phone also has wifi calling turned on so I am assuming the wifi was disabled too. When I take the phone out of the pouch it reconnects to the wifi and the cell service comes back too. My phone seems to wirelessly charge when inside the pouch.

It's a little too slippery for my needs. If you're going to use it for grounding/earthing and want to lay it on your bed, you'll need to fasten it with safety pins. Also, just a reminder it is SMALL. That wasn't an issue for me as much as the fact that it slides all over the place.

Been using it for about a month for grounding while I sleep. I don't have health issues, but I've been sleeping more soundly and some times through the night. I don't have testing equipment so I really appreciate the feedback from those who do.

Not bad it took me a while to get the sewing done but came out looking good I noticed my gloves work best when I only use the tips of them but over all my IPhone X detects the touch best in the tips
