BODacious Bods Women's Exercise Bands

Although, I already had some resistance bands, I wanted something a little more aesthetically pleasing to help motivate me to work out. I honestly thought, that because these were geared more toward women (I am a woman) that they were just for looks; I was wrong! The pink one is the easiest, but if you use it long enough, it doesn't feel pink. You'll actually get a good workout! To those who are confused at how to use them, because a DVD or instructional booklet is not included: go to YouTube and type in "basic (or beginner) resistance band training". And you can always purchase a DVD or book on how to use resistance bands.I bring the pink bands with me to work and when I go on vacation, I will probably pop whichever color level I'm at into my suitcase. I live in a studio apartment, so I can't have a bunch of exercise equipment and I'm on a budget and don't want to pay to go to a gym.I've just been trying to get back in shape/get healthier.Pros:Easy to use.More affordable, than a gym membership.Extremely portable.Different levels.Don't take up a ton of space in your home and can easily be stored.Cons:They do have a strong rubber smell, when you first open them/first use them.They weren't labeled with their levels.And for those wanting to know which level corresponds to which color: Pink=easy, Teal/aqua=Medium and purple=difficult.

I love the tube bands and it comes in a perfect blue workout bag <3 Cute colors too! I give it 3 stars because I was excited to get my booty bands as well... but they are very thin and cheap that it makes working out with them hard. The bands roll on my thighs and they don't stay flat.

I used the blue loop band twice and it SNAPPED on me mid-workout. Painful. I put the pink loop band and not even a minute later it SNAPPED as well. The purple loop band looks dirty. These were all products that I just took out of the bag and have kept in a room-temperature controlled space!!! The tube bands hurt where the stitching and the handles are because it is stiff, not a soft material. I had red marks from using the tube band for just 15 minutes into my work out for two days!! If I could rate this product at a ZERO I would, find another product!!

Great colors; each one increments in resistance. Ive used them several times and I am motivated. I like the little sack that they rest in. I would but them again From this seller. They arrived promptly and well packaged.

Great variety of bands for a very good price. Sturdy and comes with a great and handy bag to keep them all in. I take this with me when I travel.

Well made, meets all my needs for exercising at home. Handles are made out of soft and comfortable for a good grip material. Colors are bright and happy.

Great to travel with! Went on a cruise and had a resistance band workout almost every day on my balcony.
