which can happy quickly with non candy making equipment
This review was for the 5 pack of gummy bear molds. Before i go any further, i did spend an extended time reviewing this product, as the weather in my location was actually too hot to make any form of candy. My boyfriend makes candy as a hobby, and had to wait until we had a rainy day (literally, as earlier in the week it was about 95 degrees) to make anything. Going on, i did get this product at a discount in exchange for a review.As said, my boyfriend makes candy as a hobby, and he is extremely picky when it comes to molds. He didn't have anything "mini" that he has for molds, so i wanted to pick him up something. These mini molds apparently did the trick. When he started using them, he used his double boiler to melt down a large brick of chocolate, and after he seasoned it, he used the 2 droppers in order to get accurate amounts into the molds. He was impressed with how the droppers didn't break or feel damaged, which can happy quickly with non candy making equipment. I asked him about using it for hard candy, but he said not a good idea as the higher degrees needed to make that would be dangerous, and 2would probably cause damage to the actual droppers. He did add though that the molds would probably work just fine for them. In his test, he made espresso chocolate bears with nonpareils (think snocaps), and they came out great! Dishwasher safe, every part!
Takes a while to pipe out all the gummies, but that's the nature of the beast. The molds and even the droppers (after separating the bits of course) run through the dishwasher like a charm on the top shelf.

Quality Product!
Wow! These were on my doorstep less than a few short hours after i placed the order- and I didn't pay or ask for wxpress shipping! I have not used them yet - but will be putting them to the test asap. They are a little smaller than i had in mind- but totally workable- will get a few more as to increase my per-batch yeld.
