I took the drink at 18:06. By 18:18 I started to feel the buzz. My workout was crazy. Had so much energy.Started to feel tingling in my face, hands and feet but I nice sensation.You want a pre workout drink, use this. Definitely works.

Great performance BUT serving size bit confusing.
Had a really good workout and a even better pump definitely felt the beta alanine tingles absolutely loved it during my workout felt stronger than usual HOWEVER the serving size is confusing on the picture advertised on Amazon it says 1scoop = 1 serving on the other hand on the label back of the tub it states 3scoops = 1serving so which is if, I hadd just the one scoop to be safe than sorry as I allready suffer with anxiety and felt that 1 and a half scoops was enough for me.

Top stuff!
I’ve tried many pre workout now and I’ve got to say this is the most powerful one! It actually gives you an explosion of power, you feel strong and concentrated on what you doing… the only downside for someone out there will be the tingling in your skin which it kicks in after about 15 mins

Tastes below average
The effects of this pre workout are great but the flavour on red rush is disgusting. I would recommend getting purple power instead.

Excellent pre workout
Great flavour, really does give you a buzz and enables you to push further, I find 2 scoops in water more than enough, 3 scoops makes pretty much everything tingle, wouldn't use every day but for the days you want to give that bit extra this is brilliant.

Decent but but there’s better
Tried a few different pre work out and this one is up there especially for the price and taste. If you are looking for a crazy boost I’d find something stronger but this is a good all rounder

I’ve opened this product after it being in the cupboard for a while and noticed the seal has been burnt and some burnt cardboard has gone into the powder. Amazon direct you to the manufacturer who don’t respond.
