世にあるインスタントラーメンや即席に出来上がる食品の類いは間違いなく合成の食品添加物や化学調味料が使われている。でも日本人としてやはりラーメンだけは外すことはできない。いままでは少々高くても合成添加物や化学調味料などを使っていない物を選んではいたが、やはり味という関門は堰がたかく満足を得られるものは希少だったり異様に高かったりでしたが、この創健社ラーメンはかなりコストパフォーマンスが高いと言えます。多少辛口好みの筆者にとっては四川風でちょっと辛めですがスープの味のほうは大満足。それに麺も柔らかく歯ごたえがよく美味しいです。激辛派にはちょっと物足りないかもしれませんが、これで無添加・無化学調味料ですから、よくぞやってくれました。
