Simple Houseware 4 Tiers Wire Shelving Freestanding Organizer Storage Rack, Bronze

I bought this item again, after getting it for my son’s closet when he moved out to a small apartment, it was very easy to put together, and it is sturdy. It works perfectly inside his closet, so much so that I bought it for my other son, too. It holds their clothes neatly in place, and it fits in a standard size closet.

The shelves are steel wires, but they bend with any significant weight. Easy to assemble, and fit the space I had perfectly. I had planned to fill it up with photo albums and possibly books. I had to change my plans for it. The wire shelves will bend easily with the weight of books. Instead I use it for holding lighter weight items and put the books and photo albums elsewhere. I think you can put up to 8 or 10 lbs. on each shelf, but make sure it is distributed evenly, such as in a cardboard box or on a tray.

I was using these as pantry shelves to hold all my dry Costco purchases. I ended up needed to change the size when I moved them because they were too tall, so I just split it in half. I did put some duct tape on the bottom of one so it didn't scratch the hard wood, but it still holds perfectly! Now I have two small shelves instead of one large one, so it still works out. I put a TON of crap on these, but there's no bending or anything as of yet and it has been months of constantly being full.

No screws for this item. Pieces fit into one other for a clean design and "simple" assembly. The pieces fit real snug inside one another which makes it stable but this is probably best assembled with a mallet, especially when attaching the top two shelves. Besides that, I wished this had some leveling screws on the bottom shelf.

Easy to assemble- be sure you really tamp pieces into place so the shelves are level. They are difficult, but not impossible, to take apart again.The shelves will likely bow in the center, so these are likely a cheap, short term solution for your needs. You do get what you pay for.Because they are modular you can make one unit or a few smaller ones. That’s neat

Not a good as I thought a little on the light side, for what I wanted. I did keep and using for shoes

This product was fairly simple to assemble however I found if you wanted everything snugly together it helps if you have a rubber headed mallet available to bottom the shelf post into the plastic side rails and the upright post into the plastic side rails it was more easy to make everything bottom out and to have everything consistantly in place. The fit of the metal pieces (shelves and posts) is very tight and i couldn't get everything snug and square without a little tapping to bottom the metal into the plastic. This product came out awesome.

This was easy to assemble and was easy to move around. The racks do feel a little flimsy so I would not but anything heavy on them. Cloths are the most I would use this for.
