Double fishes often represent prosperity and abundance and are often brought into the home to attract wealth and good fortune. This large cookie, nut jar or condiment canister was wheel thrown with fish appliques applied, before being glazed in a beautiful glossy teal glaze. The knob is inlaid glass.
