The top part of the Thermal leaks and I did not realize we're the problem was until a couple messy occasions. I wanted to throw it out but still use the bottom to keep food warm.

The first time I used it, it leaked from where the strap is attached to. It is past the return window, otherwise I would definitely return this. I read the reviews and knew I was taking a risk by ordering it. Definitely wish I wouldn't have ordered it

Leaking everywhere! Bad design!
This product is unsafe and terrible quality! I was skeptical when reading the reviews, because the only positive reviews were from those who received the item for free. But I decided to give it a try, and it's really bad. It leaks, the inner lid (between compartments) is paper thin and nearly impossible to close, but too easy to open, it's difficult to remove the top compartment from the bottom without dislodging the paper thin bottom lid and spilling the bottom compartment everywhere. I tested it with only water, to see if it would work, and water was everywhere. I will be returning immediately.
