Easy to handle and cuts well
I got this for a gift for my husband. He has showed it to every person who comes by. It is light and easy to handle but cuts limbs 2-3" thick. I would recommend it to anyone.

charger doesn't fit product
I dislike that the charger provided doesn't fit the chain saw, so I'm going to be returning it, I hate that I now have to go through this process.

Be careful, but it's a great tool to have around
The media could not be loaded. This is fun! It's compact, but packs a punch and gets the job done. Obviously it's not going to chop your whole tree down like a real chainsaw, but it is very handy for all those projects too big for just pruning shears. Is it safe? Meh... You have a look at the video and decide. The guard isn't really guarding much. So be careful and this is a great handy tool. I like the power it has.

Too dangerous - risky
This is yet another one of those pieces of junk from China. It's got power, but it SERIOUSLY lacks any safety features. The guard is pretty much pointless. So not worth the risk to use. I'll pass.

Does the job, but not all that safe and the instructions are awful.
We used this around my father-in-law's house to take care of some of the small branches from a tree we took down. I'll be honest it's pretty fun to use and it definitely cuts through up to maybe a 4" diameter branch with little problem. There are a lot of issues with this though.- The instructions are awful- The safety guard is flimsy...pretty much there is nothing safe about using this. So wear your goggles and keep your fingers out of the way.- It overheats easily; we cut through 4 or 5 branches and then it would stop running because it overheat. It cools down quickly and then worked fine again after cooling for a few minutes.- We had to tighten the chain a lot (pretty normal for chainsaws)- The battery takes forever to recharge. This doesn't take the place of a normal chainsaw at all, but it's a good tool to have around for those mid-size branches (the ones that are too big for pruning shears but too small to warrant breaking out the full-size chainsaw). It's also fun to use, there's that element of danger and the fun roar of it cutting through the branches. My son (14yr old) was in charge of cutting branches with this while me and my husband were using the full size chainsaw and he enjoyed it. Yes, I know it's not the safest thing but my son is used to dealing with full size chainsaws as well and was good at being safe with it.I hate to recommend this but it works despite it's issues. It can be used safely as long as you follow basic safety procedures and make sure to keep young kids away from it.

Nice did the job as advertised.

My third hand!
Was hooked on my 4" blade chain saw for trimming larger limbs (those too large for lopers) but this 6" blade is even better. The only hard part is getting the chain in place and tightened. Other than that - I'd suggest getting one that has two batteries so there's always a spare because once you start cutting limbs away, you're not going to want to stop!

Sucks
I didn't like that there was no safety switch and I didn't like that it only ran for A-day
