Previously used item
The hose reel appears to be in good working condition but it was obviously opened and used before. The box was torn in a few places. Inside, the template for mounting the hose reel had ragged holes punched where the mounting bolts would go. Not happy that I received an item that had obviously been opened and possibly used before. I'll avoid this company in the future.

Game changer!!
After replacing several expanding hose and lugging around a heavy rubber hose that is so stiff it doesn’t roll up for years this has been a game changer…I will order another one for the front yard! Easy to install and little effort to recoil entire hose!

Came broken
The outside box was fine, but where it is screwed into the wall totally broken. Maybe it was a return, but looked new???

Great addition to my garden shed, perfect length to reach our garden near by, and could not appreciate the retractable feature any more than we do! Makes 'clean up' a breeze with just a simple tug. Installation was also very simple and quick. Looking into purchasing another before too long for our deck.

Handy dandy
Its the coolest!! Easy to put up! The design is sleek, nice fittings, think they are brass. Winds up every time. Decent pressure. Cant really complain about it. Finally something just works like it says it does.. Shoulda bought 2 of them.
