Quick delivery, packaged well.
We are on the Sirt diet and it is part of the breakfasts recommended but I will make chocolate crispies with them too!! Very filling and enjoyed the taste although quite a mild flavour.

Puffed Buckwheat
Very soft and unfortunately not great. I buy these all year round and make my own breakfast mix, this batch were not good so sorry won’t buy again.

Good Product. Not "bitty" like some I have purchased.Came in separate bags to make up the amount, keeping some sealed until each lot is finished. I will buy again.

Met all my expectations
I use buckwheat puffs to make up my own muesli, following the recipe given in "The Dirt Food Diet" by Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. Buckwheat is a gluten free, high protein pseudo grain. It's a great addition to a high quality breakfast.
