Great tasting and thick shake, easy to mix - and filling too, nothing not to like. Other reviews comment the tub is only half full, it is, but is the correct weight so makes the 10 portions it states on the tub, could the tub be a little smaller, yes but does it matter, no.

I have purchased PHD Smart Bars and was pleased with them as cutting sugar is key to loosing weight. I have tried this product and was getting a severe sore stomach and gut an hour after taking. However I was taking a high caffeine product apart from Smart PHD to my own stupidity did not read that it also contained caffeine. It could just have been me but there is side effects from protein shakes mainly bloating and sore guts. It has a big easy to use scoop and there is no spilling the product outwith the container when levelling the 2 big scoops. On taste it was not bad. Size well you wont miss it in my kitchen. At its current price £18 plus it is very good value. Depending how much you usualy eat in the morning. Remember one thing I used the smart bars as a treat when dieting and the secret to loosing weight is cutting sugar out your diet. You can loose that sweet tooth after 3 days and Smart Products did help me definite.

Do to my new sedetry role at work, I'd put on quite a bit of weight, using this and the meal replacement by PHD, I've managed to lose 14kg in about 40 days. This includes a hefty gym routine!

Not a fan of this at all, the flavour is so artificial it's taste chemically. The lemon doesn't taste of lemon and there isn't even a hint of blueberry it's just metallic. Not sure if I had a bad batch or if it's just not great

Was so much better than I was expecting. It’s really tasty and it fills you up. It’s like eating a muffin. Just a bit on the pricey side for how much you get.

Adoro questi prodotti, dei preparati per la colazione che mi consentono non solo di risparmiare tempo per la preparazione del pasto, ma che mi permettono anche di assaggiare gusti che altrimenti farei fatica a provare, specialmente per la prima colazione. Questo preparato di PhD mi ha infatti incuriosito anche per il gusto, decisamente originale, di mirtilli e limone.Si tratta di un prodotto a base di avena, ad alto contenuto proteico e ricco di vitamine e minerali, con cui preparare un frullato gustoso e nutriente.Per la preparazione basta aggiungere 2 misurini (60g) a 350ml di acqua fredda e agitare bene la bottiglia per 10 secondi. Io mi aiuto con un piccolo frullatore per evitare anche i grumi più piccoli e persistenti.Ha un profumo invitante ed un gusto molto buono ed originale come pensavo.

The product is good but the value for money is severely lacking. The box is only filled upto near 75% and so you run out quickly.

Una lástima, nada más recibo el artículo detecto que está caducado desde hace 4 meses. No me parece ni lógico que se envíe un producto así.
