I am on day two and a half into stage three. It is the hardest so far. I will make it as I am determined. Not a quick fix but if you work it,I think it will work. Not a miracle but it helps you think about what you are doing. So far I am really glad I got it. Definitely takes you down gradually with two weeks for each stage. Excited to see what stage 4 will bring.

I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years this works I’m on day 7 and I’ve already moved to stage 2 this works so well you honestly don’t even need to wait the full 2 weeks to start the next step you can feel this working the first night you do have minor withdrawal symptoms like a slight headache but goes away after after 2 days just keep drinking water it really helps!! You may also feel a little aggravated from time to time but just lite another cig and get through it!! After about a week of using this you can already tell the cravings for the cigarettes are decreasing and find yourself not thinking about them as often this thing is magic I can’t wait to start stage 3 this is going to work as long as you sick to it and keep punching holes in every one you smoke ! It’s been working so well I ordered one for my best friend and she b had already felt the results after only 3 days as well I will update again in a few weeks once I’m a non smoker !!!!

I've now been on it for a week and planning on the 8 week part but, have been able to slow down already. Following the directions I believe I will be able to stop. I will add a new review if I can stop. The flavor and hit is lighter than normal and you can see the difference on the end of your butt that you're only drawing in half of the normal tar and nicotine. I've been a pack plus a day smoker since I joined the army over 30 years ago and I'm already under a pack a day.*You do have to want to quit and don't take bigger hits or it won't work*Good luck to all.Update; I ended up losing it on week 3-4 and was mad at myself but, instead of reordering it I went back to my old ways. Well, I just had my birthday yesterday and told myself I'm done smoking and am ready to quit so I'm re ordering another one because it was working for me exactly as instructions said. I've tried everything else including hypnosis and this is the only thing that was sliding me down and getting me healthier in the process. i love smoking, i love cigarettes but i can't afford it. i've been trying for years to quit. nic gum, vaps, mints, patch, pills I've tried them all. when I tell you this thing is some voodoo hoodoo i ain't lying.like i said, my only motivation to quit is financial. i haven't been making any effort to cut back, just punching the holes and leveling up every 3 weeks. i didn't start noticing a difference till phase 3. all of a sudden i went from 5-6 packs a week to 2! didn't even notice until i saw my bank statement. i can even skip my breakfast cig, that beautiful first smoke of the day with a coffee. i don't need it, i have it if i want it , but i don't NEED it.i tried to find out more information on this thing and there's nothing. NOTHING. just a couple how to videos and the Amazon sale. that's it. weird huh? but given how well this worked, i wouldn't be surprised if big tobacco was behind its secrecy. lol.recommend %100, even if you don't want to quit this thing will work.

I am hopeful this little gadget will help me end a 40 year 2 pack a day habit/addiction! I love that it is NOT a nicotine replacement that just keeps me addicted to another form of nicotine delivery. I also really like that you can customize this to your personal journey with quitting. I have just started stage 2 after 3 weeks on stage 1. I feel guilty when I don't punch my little holes lol...any other time I have tried to quit the withdrawals were more than I was ready to handle...with this like I said you can customize to your own needs. I did experience a mild withdrawal headache mid to late week 1 and I won't be surprised if that is the case on each stage. Again the way I look at it is for the price of roughly half a carton of smokes you OWN this so if you don't make it on the first try there is no further investment and you can start over ANY TIME no more out of pocket expense! I have a friend who is doing it with me the buddy system ALWAYS helps but again it is so self customizable I really think it will work if you truly WANT TO QUIT! Good luck to you and don't be down on yourself if you have to stay at a level longer than the 2 weeks just keep the end goal in sight and do what feels right for you! OH ps I love watching the smoke come out the holes and knowing I am NOT getting that smoke in me its GREAT! Hopefully in about 6 more weeks I will be able to proudly say "I DON'T SMOKE" Good luck! This thing worked, I can’t believe how easy it is to use and how amazingly it worked, by the end I could be smoking on the same cigarette for a week if needed. I liked that I could still smoke and really do it on my own time table and believe it or not I still have a few packs laying around that I have no desire to open and smoke but I’ve kept them just in case, now how dumb is that?Anyway I never thought I would be able to quit for good, but with this contraption I haveI felt the price was awful high at 1st but now I would pay triple because it really really worked.
