We use this to make shrimp curry or salmon curry and the flavor is amazing! I use half a jar for a sizeable pot!

This is great for home cooking. I use a full jar with a full can of coconut milk. Adjust according to your taste and spice level desire. I actually add Chili's to it because I like my food really spicy, but I don't think most people will need it. It tastes very similar to Thai curry at a restaurant. There are things you can to make it taste more authentic if you search the internet for recipes.The ingredients are all organic and I like that they use sea salt and not table salt. All the Thai pastes at the Asian grocery store contain high amounts of table salt and sometimes even seed oils. Yuck! This product is perfect in terms of ingredients and taste.I use it to make Chicken and Shrimp, but it should work for any protein. Next, I'm going to try the Panang curry which is a bit sweeter. Great product!

This cute little jar makes about 2 batches of curry for me, at a whopping $2.25 an ounce just for the curry paste. After I found out about Maesri panang curry, which is also vegan, I could have kicked myself. Maesri is only about $0.56 per ounce, with a very nice flavor.

This really took our home cooking to the next level. The jar lasts awhile as well. We mix ours with coconut milk to make a sauce for panang curry at home.

This stuff is awesome! My Thai food loving father got gout the other day and I was looking for vegan Thai curry options. This stuff is great, but I find myself using way more than the recommended amount. I add about three tablespoons per one can of light coconut milk, plus veggies and tofu. Taste is very delicious!

When I say that it is too salty, what I mean to say is that the Dead Sea has less salt in it. I have had Mike's in a pouch before and it was not this salty, so I'm not sure what happened here. My dinner was ruined and inedible as were all the organic vegetables and tofu and organic coconut milk I wasted on this product. Ruined. I could smell the lemograss and galangal and shallots when I opened the jar, but I could not taste any of that through the salt. This is not only the worst curry paste I have ever used, but also the biggest disappointment in all my years of Amazon shopping. One star is more than it deserves. Don't waste your money. Not worth it.

This curry sauce is AMAZING (actually I've tried all the flavors and they are all very good). It is so easy to use. I just sauté some chicken and veggies in a pan, then add one bottle of this curry sauce with 2 cans of coconut milk and BAM, I have Panang, or green, or red, etc. Thai curry and serve over rice. Its SOOOO easy. I love that all the ingredients are organic. This curry paste is SOOOO flavorful. My Thai curry is as good as or better than a Thai restaurant because of this curry paste. I highly recommend!!!

I like it because it does not have all the bad vegetable oils!! It’s pretty much clean ingredients!!
