I bought this 5gal/20L Kipida Solar Shower Bag at the end of June and of course it was sitting for a month as it was warming up outside. I finally got around to using it and the connecting point where the spout connects to the bag broke off from me moving the spout around to see how it will work once hanging. If I could give a negative feedback on this product I would. Of course, the return time frame is only 1 month so now stuck with the loss of this both financially and useability. You have 2 options with this.....buy it knowing the plastic parts on it are garbage and try to "fix" them when they break, or don't buy it and find one better made.

UPDATE: JUNK. I'm not expecting the world here. But I am expecting something to work more than 5 times. We use this when we stay at our cabin, which is 2-3 times a year. I use it once per time, so it's been used about 5 times. Today I filled it up, hung it in a tree and left. Came back and they handle ripped out of the sleeve that holds the bag on. It's not reparable. When it fell,I guess it landed on a stick and the water leaked out a sizable hole. What a failure of a product. Do yourself a favor and get one of those rechargeable pump style showers that you submerge in a bucket. We have one and it works so much better and cost about the same, I just use this bag to heat the water up in the sun. What I like: holds a fair amount of water, seems sturdy, water warms well in the sun. Hanging apparatus is easy to use and sturdy. Easy to carry handle. What I dislike: the cap where you fill it leaks. So if you have to lay it down for any reason, prepare to lose water. The on/off switch for the shower head. It's not easy to use, and by no means can you use it one handed. We camp on a property with no water, so we can't waste any and have a very limited supply, and when you turn the on/off switch for the shower head, it takes effort to turn it off. It's not easy to use to conserve water. You basically need to get wet, turn water off, soap up, turn water on, rinse, and you need two hands to turn it on and off. Not the end of the world, but trust me, when you're nekkid, soapy, getting bit by mosquitoes, easier said than done. If it had a one handed trigger type thing, 3664 stars for sure.

Purchased this product for my off-grid property to rinse off after a hot day. Filled it half way and had it hanging for around 24 hours. Checked on the temp pf the bag a time or two while it hung. Middle of the next day (within 24 hours of hanging up) a large crash was heard. The handle had ripped away from the bag and the bag hit the ground and the force split the side seem fully apart. Returning and will trying once more. Maybe a defect?? 1 STAR UPDATE: new shower received and again filled half full this time with water. Hung for 3 days straight. No leaks no tears but I would consider filling no more than half way to avoid the potential of the handle breaking/seam ripping. 4 STARS
