Ahhhh, cool air again!
Delivery was FAST! Item arrived in one day as opposed to the three days promised with Prime free delivery. Installation was uncomplicated especially with the help of the “how to” video from the seller’s website. One note: the ends of the four bolts that hold the fan motor together we’re sticking up about an inch on the mounting side of the motor which prevented flush mounting of the motor. I simply removed and re-installed each bolt, one by one, so that the excess length of each bolt faced downward on the fan blade side of the motor which then permitted flush mounting of the fan motor to the a/c compressor housing cover. All specs matched up to the Emerson/Trane motor it replaced, mounting holes matched perfectly and motor is operating beautifully. One additional tip: many videos caution that the fan can be difficult to remove from the shaft of the old motor and suggest the use of a specialized “puller tool” (which I don’t own). My solution was to spray the area where the fan is mounted to the motor shaft liberally with “PB Blaster” (this stuff is magic at lossening frozen nuts and bolts). After allowing the PB Blaster to sit a few minutes the fan easily came off the shaft of the old motor. We now have cool air in our upstairs again! My lovely mother in law can now move back to her own bed (and out of my bed) and I can come off the couch. Thank you Jesus!

Great part!
We ordered this part for our air conditioner that broke during the hottest period of the summer. Seller shipped the part out super fast and it fit without any problems. Works like a charm--saved us from all melting during the heatwave. Thanks!

Worked great for 2 months then motor went out, shaft was loose.
Worked great for 2 months then motor went out, shaft was loose. We have a heatwave going on so this is bad time to have the new motor I got two months ago. I want a replacement one but I am having problems finding the company contact number. Please get in touch with me. I need a replacement one asap. thanks

Well worth it! OEM for sure
This fit our Trane Condenser. Thank God my husband was handy it would have cost us more than 1100.00 to have a tech fix it. Works like a charm.

Wonderful!!
Well, to be clear, it is the fully functional A/C in South Florida which is wonderful at this time of year.My Trane XR12 condensing unit started to fail intermittently and the A/C would not cool. On inspection, I found that this fan motor was shutting down whilst the compressor continued to run. I had never attempted repair of an A/C before but I decided that now was the time to start. There are a few online videos which provide guidance. I first replaced the capacitor and, for a while, I thought that the problem was fixed; the A/C ran cool for a few hours but then returned to the same mode of failure. I concluded that the fan motor was overheating and that it was shutting itself off due to an internal thermal protection mechanism. I ordered this replacement fan motor using the part number on the original. The new motor arrived within the projected time-frame. It is an exact replacement so there were no difficulties swapping it out (took about 1 hour to complete). The unit has been running fine for 1 week since. I am most satisfied with this purchase.

Garbage after 3 months of usage
I installed motor in September of '23, ran smooth until this Spring and has failed. Original fan motor ran for 32 years and can't get 3months of usage out of this one. Paid extra for "better" product and am very disappointed. Would not recommend this company or product.
