It is rare that a customer receives the level of customer service that this organization has given these days. I am over the top impressed with their approach to their customers. I am loyal to brands that are loyal to me. I will do business with this company again and again. I strongly recommend this company.----------------------------------------I just received the unit and am in the midst of the initial 7 hr. charge. Upon connecting the charge cable, I noticed a single button on the back with a turquoise light. I read through the documentation and did not find a definition of the lights. So I contacted [email protected] and received a reply in less than 5 minutes with a response. Very impressed with the support aspect of this product. The manual could certainly be improved by including a legend of meanings for the lights but the support thus far is incredible.In case others would want to know, I am including my understanding of the charge indicator (light):Flashing- chargingTurquoise- 100% chargedBlue- 75% remainingGreen- 50% remainingRed- 25% remainingI also learned via the support that once the battery case is turned on to begin charging the phone, once the phone reaches 100%, the battery case will turn itself off. However the case will not turn itself on to automatically begin charging due to that technology not being available to this company at the current time.

I purchased this in January of this year. At first, I was very happy with the device since it gave me a backup battery while I was traveling.Over the last couple of months, I've noticed that the lightning port on the battery case was getting a bit "wonky" and would not charge the case or the phone unless I had the connection "Just Right". That causes issues while trying to use the phone in my car due to the constant connect/disconnect while the car is in motion.Now, I can't charge my phone while it's in the case, (unless I use the batter case) and the connection to the battery case is getting worse.I'm using Apple cables and still have the issue. I've tried after market cables and have the same problem. Right now, I have to charge the case and phone separately so, it's not my phone. It's the battery case.

At first I thought this was a wonderful product. It decreased my need to charge about 3x, felt durable, clean lines, solid. After only a few weeks, it stopped charging. Took my phone out of it and it charges just fine. The battery looks as though it still has a charge when the phone is in it, but when the phone is in the battery pack, it won’t charge. I’m really disappointed. If I hear back from the seller, I’ll update this review.Part Two: Tried to contact the seller directly by email. No response. Tried their phone number, no longer in service. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. At this point, I can sometimes change the battery case separately from the phone. Once (sometimes) charges, I can insert phone and charge the phone battery from the case. A serious nuisance since it takes so long to charge the case. Sometimes the case won’t even charge when separated. Do yourself a favor and try a different product. I’m going to do so.

I bought this for my wife who has an iPhone 6 that always seems to run out of battery. She already had a case and was initially reluctant to try it. However, when she did, she was amazed that it did exactly what it was supposed to. It does make the phone a bit heavier because of the battery but she was delighted that she could recharge at will and never run out of battery all day - even while taking and sending lots of photos and texts.Update 9/20/17I had some technical questions and the owner responded immediately and resolved my problem. He mentioned that the product now works for an iPhone 7 as well. I can't tell you how many people have complained about their iPhone dying from no battery. This product fixes a fundamental design flaw of the iPhone - the battery. With this product, my wife is now happy with her iPhone again. We've used it on long plane flights and long car rides when it might not be possible to charge your phone easily.We have recommended it to our family members and they have purchased as well.

To keep it short, I had only used it once. I use my cell phone without the batter charger for the particular reason:1. When plugged, it does not let you charge the case and your phone at the same time. You can only charge your phone with the case turn on. That means, the case will never charge. Or you can turn the case off, and your phone will not be charging.2. The big button on the back, turn the battery case easily which could be good or not.3. There is not adjustment. Some cases, you remove the top in order to slide the phone in. With this case, I think the phone stay a bit loose. If you drop your phone, I do not think this case will protect it.4. I have a phone holder on my car vent, but the case is too bulky and heavy for this holder. That's another reason that I do not use this case charger.I do like the materials, it looks welled built. Again, I do not like returning items, and I think it a good case, but I do not find it convenience for my situations.

Quality seem nice and put together well and seems like it would hold up to the conditions of what a phone would be exposed to but the battery did not last at all. Instructions says must be charger for at least 5 hrs before first use. I charged it over night before plugging it into phone. Battery did not last more than a few hrs first day then less the next day. Today it just stopped working. I plug it in to charge it just by its self to see if that was the issue but will jot hold charge. Lights work on the back of the case and shows its charging but will not hold. I will be returning this item. I do not recommend this product.
