Update unfortunately this tool is exploded on second time of using it. Now it is totally unusable and I even can’t take the head out of heating handle.This is the cheapest one but it is designed without any thought of the user.The rack is installed over cooling holes as it is made of metal and fixed over the most heated area that is the most dangerous thing to do. The heat is almost during my skin on little finger and you need to be an extremely careful as this rack is red hot, it burning the wire, fabrics and anything else if you decide to put it down and rest on the rack. The same thing with the changing heads, the screw is metal and sticking out, so during the work process it catches the fabric and when you need to wait for while to be able to touch it.The temperature handle got some writing but it is impossible to see.I was really stressed about using it, but it works. Looking for something more safer and easier to use.

I was really happy when it arrived, took a little while to get the heat setting right and love all the different attachments. Had some really good results moulding the rose petals to the snaps I wanted. Unfortunately on my second use I plugged the irons in and it exploded with a loud bang, sparks and burning smell. Am returning for a refund and will be looking at an alternative machine
